今天为大家带来的是语调学习中的 [升调]部分,也就是Rising Intonation.

在开始今天的视频学习之前,我想和大家分享自己在学习这段时候,认为重要的几个点.
1. Rising Intonation is used with many questions,especially yes-no questions.
2. As with Falling Intonation, Rising Intonation makes you stepping and gliding.
3. Step-up: When you have more than one syllable to work with.
Glide-up: When you have only one syllable to work with.
4. Both with stepping & gliding, there's a bit of drop before we rise.
5. Rising Intonation can be a helpful signal that we need for an answer or need for confirmation.
6. We can repeat a wh- question with Rising Intonation.
